Return Policy
Customers can return anything they want if the products’ completely unused and it’s within 30 days of receipt. If the product a customer get is damaged out of the box, we will arrange a resend with no additional cost, otherwise the customer is responsible for the returning shipping expenses. Returns without contacting us for approval will not be accepted. There will be a 2% restocking fee and it will be deducted from the final refund.
Before shipping things back, please contact us first, let us know what’s wrong and why you want to make a return, follow the exclusive instructions you get from our customer service team, and it’d be doing us a huge favor if you can also include the order number, name and any other details in the returned package, plus, if you want to speed up the whole returning process. Make sure to let our CS team know the tracking number of your return, and if there’s no tracking number, a receipt from the carrier will also do!
Refund Policy
We will process the refund in the original payment method with a deduction of a small amount of restocking fee (2%). If the order has extra shipping costs to it, that amount will be subtracted from the final refund too.
Orders over 30 days will be refunded via store credits.
Refund on sale items
If your order contains sale items, you will get the refund in sale prices too. It’s quite simple, if an item is originally $20.00 and you get it for $9.00, your refund will be $9.00.
Canceling orders
Shipped orders cannot be cancelled. You can only cancel an order for refund if it’s still being prepared, check the status first, if it’s still in pre-shipment, please contact us ASAP.
